Help cheer up a broken hearted girl, please?

Well my ex broke it off with me about a month and a half ago, It was kind of prolonged, and it was done over the phone since she was off at university. We had been together a year and a half and never even fought once, things were perfect. For about a week or two.. or three.. I was miserable i didn’t think anything would change, then one day i just woke up, took a shower and decided not to feel bad anymore i know it obviously sounds alot easier said then done, and im sure in your current situation you feel like nothing will ever change. Just take it from me, allow yourself some time to feel upset, don’t try and rush yourself in feeling better. I assure you as time goes by you’ll end up feeling alot better. Well i was trying to forget about her for nearly 2 months, i focused on myself, i got back into basketball and played 4 days a week in a mens league, now im in the best shape of my life and have more confidence then ever. I haven’t found someone yet but it hasn’t been long and im sure someone will come along. Just keep your head up and know that eventually things get better even when it seems like it never will.
