why does my bipolar ex girlfriend dump me during her manic stages?

My ex girlfriend has bipolar. We have been togther for about 3 years. We broke up randomly. we were doing very well and randomly she ended it. Why does she break up with me during her manic states and have sex with other guys and not talk to me? she says she hates me and i never did anything to her.

It is just the manifestation of her illness. If you really want to stay with her, I would suggest that you get very involved in her treatment. That way she might stay more stable (or maybe not). If this is more casual, then you might just want to walk away because being with a bipolar person is not easy.
